Facilitator/Trainer Student Support Executive

Dr. Taffer is an experienced facilitator in the Student Support Group Model Training, in the K-12 system serving the Native American Communities in the U.S & Globally.

Transition Strategist

A recognized authority on the psychology of personal, career and leadership transitions, Dr. Taffer works with clients to help shape the clarity of an ending and identify the quality of the next beginning.  Her approach to driving change is both thoughtful and innovative, working with focused protocols and practices to guide her clients to erasing the gap from where they are to where they want to be.  Using signature methodologies, Dr. Taffer re-directs clients from undermining their true potential to activating their empowerment, authenticity, wholeness and leadership capabilities.

Global Educator

Dr. Taffer was an Academic Leader for the World Academy for the Future of Women, developed the global curriculum content and resided in China to facilitate the Leadership Training Module for young women students at SIAS University of Zhengzhou, China.  Dr. Taffer continues to mentor these foreign students who relocate to the U.S. to work on their doctoral programs.

Global Student Relations

An established and distinguished inter-cultural consultant and global student advisor, Dr. Taffer counsels foreign students on global learning opportunities, world business and career decisions and leadership opportunities. Her global student relations include leading students through their doctorial programs as well as teaching them a variety of skills that allow them to enter world cultures with confidence and an understanding of cultural job and career prospects.

International Peace Ambassador

Internationally, Dr. Taffer is a member of the Global Women’s Peace Network and a recognized Universal Peace Ambassador. She is a sought after participant in the World Summit International Leadership Conference on Peace, Security and Human Development. The annual World Summit is held in Seoul, Korea and organized and sponsored by the Universal Peace Federation. Dr. Taffer brings her expertise as a Regional Representative for the Women’s Federation for World Peace USA. She is part of a highly selective group of delegates from around the world, including current and former heads of state and government, parliamentarians, religious leaders, women leaders and civil society leaders. The World Summit is bringing together world leaders, whose individual and collective experience, wisdom and insight are needed for innovative vision and bold leadership to help build a world of mutual understanding, sustainable peace and prosperity for all.
